What will you do?
As a Shift Leader, you're the right hand of the management team. You make sure everything runs like clockwork during your shift:
Open and/or close the restaurant
Lead your team with clarity and respect
Monitor quality, service, and hygiene according to KFC standards
Oversee cash registers and basic administration
Train and coach (new) team members
Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that lifts everyone up
What do you bring to the table?
Leadership experience in hospitality or retail
Flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays)
A customer-focused, stress-resistant, and positive attitude
Speaking Dutch or English is a plus!
